Have you ever wondered why we're all in a constant stress? Always in a hurry, always late, always overwhelmed. Why do we have to feel like this most of the time? I thing that people are common to overthink and obsess over anything. The attitude that we have is created by us - so why not do something about it?
First, we should stop wondering of what others think of us. Being different doesn't have to mean being worst. It's good to be one of the kind. Otherwise everything would be boring and predictable. Just stop stressing about others talking about you. If they do - so what?
Second of all, we should't feel nervous and stressed the whole time, over nothing. It's just bad for your health. Every time your pulse gets faster over some stupidest thing - breath - nothing is really happening. Some days, if you have some free time, put away your phone, play your favourite music, and just take your mind of all - just chill. It will charge you with some good energy - I promise.
Sign for yoga classes, go for a walk, get away from the city, try something new once in a while - just relax and enjoy life!
