Summer preparations by Iga
My mind is way too close to summer, way closer than it should be.
I think February is the worst month of all – it’s the shortest,
but time seems to go by slower somehow.
That’s why I decided to bring up some summer inspiration,
so we can feel the warmth of the sun rays even for a moment.
The key to success for the perfect
summer look is to keep it simple.
This year, the stripes will definitely come back and stay for a while.
A white t-shirt is a definite must-have in our closet.
We can combine it with denim shorts, checkered shirt and
add some beautiful jewelry.
With the perfect bikini top and summer tan, anything is a match.
Ok, we’ve got the perfect clothes, but what about a perfect bikini body?
We all know how winter works. I
t takes all of our motivation away and tears it apart
into a thousand of little pieces.
All we want to do is lay under a blanket, drink wine and read books.
But what happens when all the dullness of winter season
ends and we have to wear something
that shows a little more of our body?
My answer is – yoga.
This discipline is as good for your body as it is for your mind.
What can be better than combining those two important things?
During the exercises yoga has to offer you can clear your mind
and shape your body in a healthy way.
If you include yoga and clean food into your life,
everything will come to you easily.
